Through her work in the ambulance service, Stacey has witnessed first-hand how many people lack the confidence and knowledge to respond in a medical emergency. Time and again, she meets people who tell her they would not know how to perform CPR, use an AED, or help someone who has suddenly become seriously ill or injured. Sadly, the cost of training often prevents people from learning these life-saving skills.
That is why SB Skills 4 Life Training was created.
Our mission is simple: to make high-quality first aid training accessible, affordable, and available to everyone. We believe that no one should be prevented from learning how to save a life because of cost or circumstance.
Alongside our accredited training courses, we regularly deliver community first aid sessions from as little as £5 per person, giving people the opportunity to learn essential life-saving skills in a relaxed, friendly environment.
At SB Skills 4 Life Training, we believe that first aid is about so much more than gaining a certificate, it is about giving people the confidence to step forward when it matters most.
"You can never put a price on someone's life."

Stacey, Founder of SB Skills 4 Life Training
We take pride in delivering high-quality, accredited first aid courses to individuals, schools, communities, churches and businesses. Our instructors are working healthcare professionals who bring real world emergency experience into every classroom.
Every course is hands-on, jargon free and built around the situations you are most likely to face, so your team walks away ready to act, not just certified.
If you have ever sat through a dry, cookie cutter first aid session, you already know why we do things differently. People absorb information best when they are genuinely involved and enjoying the process.
That is why we have gathered a team of instructors who feel exactly the same way: health and safety training should be lively, hands-on and memorable, never a chore.
We also know that cost and convenience matter if you want to get life-saving knowledge into as many hands as possible. By offering a mix of online, blended and face-to-face sessions, alongside a wide network of trainers, we can make high-quality first aid education accessible to far more people.
